"Such a laid back resort, great location and layout. The floating bure was excellent, kayak included and we didn’t need to snorkel far to see many different fish species. The large rainforest area allowed for walking and plenty of activities. There were plenty of food options and the beer was cold. Last but not least, the staff were brilliant, thank you for a great holiday!"

"Location was convenient from the airport, rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. The service at this resort is absolutely fantastic, storm who works at the front desk was a huge help coordinating things for us to do and the staff as a whole were such pleasant and polite people. Food choices were limited - but everything was fresh and delicious. The resort was also quiet and I would say more adult focused which is what we were looking for on our honeymoon. I would absolutely stay here again...

"The real benefit of this location is its accessibility to the reefs for diving, just a 15 minute boat ride. The dive crew. are very knowledgeable and friendly, the master divers take you to the best spots. One of the dives is even named after “Annie’s reef” and we got to dive with Annie. How cool is that? Met both the owner of the resort and Conan, who runs the dive operation, both interesting gents. Whether you are a birder or a diver if you don’t require an expensive posh hotel then this place...

"Staff was wonderful, happy, felt like we had known them for years. We found this all over Fiji. Didn’t surf but enjoyed the near by diving. Only bummer is our Burra didn’t have hot water or only had really hot water. heater was having an issue. Staff were informed and I’m sure they are fixing it. Look to return some day to surf."

"Stayed in the Obana, which as explained is TINY. But as solo traveler it was fine. I spent most of my time on the porch and loved that there was a fan and sun shades on 3 sides which I used to block the monsoon rains and still allowed me to be on the porch. The little bungalow was very clean. The beach is not a sandy paradise, not great for swimming but you can walk down the beach to the lagoon. "We absolutely loved our stay. We were only here for one night, previously we were at Koro Sun for 5 days but we enjoyed Gecko Lodge for the view, the close access to town and the lady that checked us in was super helpful and kind. We used the kayak and spent time out on the beach area. The AC worked great, good wifi and a tv. Will definitely stay again if we come back to the area."
