"The housekeeping manager Eseta was not good. She didn't want to take any complaints about cleaning the room. The room smelled really bad, the stove was not working, and we had to go to a different room to cook food. Staff were very arrogant and full of lies and there talking tone was very high they informed us guest will do there own cleaning and bedding themselves they won't change bedding until u asked them my rating will 1 out of 10 very bad experience please read there guide lines before taking there rooms or else they will come up with there rule book if guest complain 1 star is. "I stayed at another 5 star hotel nearby but really loved my stay at Wyndham gardens, good was great, chef and were so happy to cook and make us happy. The hotel inside and outside was clean ever though was was pouring rain and muddy car park but entrance and hallways was kept clean. Great beach and comfy seating on beach front."
