"We had a wonderful stay at the Delta Marriott while visiting the area for a family birthday! Since it was an unusually hot day, walking into a crisp, perfectly air-conditioned room was a huge relief.

"Needed a room at short notice as flight was cancelled. Didn't get to experience breakfast etc as checked out early, but beds were comfortable and room clean. Special shout out to Matt on reception/night duty. Super helpful and just the kind of friendly face we needed after spending 12 hours in Gatwick."

"Good price and nice breakfast with cooked to order options. Lovely to have a hotel with a full gym and swimming pool. Location is a little odd as it's on an old airfield I believe which is now an industrial estate. Part of the grounds is a golf club but there are limited areas which are available there to walk or run meaning I ended up having to use a treadmill for my morning run instead of running outside. Seems a shame to not make the golf course more multi use and either push people into...

"We stayed at the Lifehouse for 2 nights. The grounds, although a little tired from this summer's drought, are spectacular, with plenty of quiet space to walk among trees and around the beautiful lily pond etc. Sadly the outside of the buildings range from unpreposessing to downright ugly, perhaps similar to a medical facility.
Food both at dinner and breakfast, is consistently above average. Most staff are pleasant and helpful.
