"Johannesburg was going through a cold snap. When i got to the room the holder for the air con remote was empty and the room was cold with the air con blasting cold air. The vent in the bathroom room was blowing cold air noisily the entire night. I called the front desk to report the missing remote and I told them that i was unable to adjust the temp without the remote- and was assured that they will attend to it. It was a long flight to Johannesburg from Atlanta- i waited until 11pm but...

"Its a large hotel and fairly new. The shower doesn't not work properly, the water temperature keeps changing from hot to cold and the shower area is too small plus the soap tray is fitted in the wrong place and you keep bumping your knee. The bathroom door came in for my friends room and the water doesn't drain properly"

"Little paradise in not really nice airport area. Heated pool. Rooms are basic but serve the purpose. The garden and the spa is amazing. Great place to have a night after or before your next flight."
