Best place in Boksburg

Been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. It's perfectly suited for our needs and never disappoints. All the people there are very friendly and accommodating. Its location is perfect to access the airport, shopping malls and the road network to other parts of Gauteng. Security is on point and for sure there is nothing to complain about

comfortable but noisy

Noise levels within the compound is high. Although the room is clean and comfortable, and the mattress and linen is high quality, a good nights rest was not possible due to noise levels - and it is as if noise 'travels' within the property.

Close to Airport

The Hotel is close proximity to the airport and walking distance from a few restaurants and pubs The only negative is that the Air conditioner was faulty There was a lock up garage for a car which is an added bonus

Very good but ...

Overall, my stay was very good, but when I got my room, they just finished cleaning it. I was nauseated by the cleaning solution used. I was not able to enter my room until an hour later.

The ladies in the morning on the front desk are well oriented of customer service. During the night they are not. They lack communication skills and customer service. Example, I tried to order delivery pizza and they wouldn't help. I let them I needed their assistant on making a local phone call and they both guys basically got upset. The older security man one came to and basically told me hang on the phone like don't call reception. Then, I went to the reception and they wouldn't even apologize for not assisting. It seems they are just oriented into security that is it. So if you check in at night don't expect much.

Nice hotel close to airport and the malls

The hotel is in a very quiet neighbohood with very little traffic and even though its in Boksburg closd to OR Tambo airport you hardly notice the air traffic.It hàs very mordern appearance on a big area with good free parking and if you opt for other rooms they have lock up garages.The breakfast was good the aircon works very well .The standard room was neat and spacious bu the tv is too small.First day wifi worked well but second and third day we could on acess it around the reception area..overall a very good place to stay at a reasonable cost.
