"I was seeing a band in Brighton with my two teenagers and decided to try this hotel. We really liked it! It was very reasonably priced, extremely convenient location, and our Seaview balcony room was spotless and very spacious. I've only marked down one star for facilities as the trim on the shower screen didn't meet the bath and the floor got soaked when we showered, so we had to use all of the towels to mop it up. "Lovely boutique hotel within easy each of shops, restaurants and the beach. Lovely comfortable room and very friendly and courteous staff. We found a parking nearby which was convenient although not cheap at £17.50 for 24 hours. "

We had thought we were only getting a room with a partial sea view, but ended up getting a room with a lovely bay window & seating area looking right across to the water. Staff were great & very accommodating to storing our luggage before check in & after check out. Hope to be back some day!"

"A lovely hotel with all the facilities except a car park. But there's plenty off parking nearby, so not a problem. Our room was clean, bright and had a wonderful outlook. Definitely worthwhile having a sea view room. The bar was well stocked and the restaurant served top quality food which was cooked to perfection. But a special thanks must go to all the hard working staff that made our short stay most enjoyable. "
