"Good air con. Plenty of parking extra at rear. Clean room. Lots of light switches but only 1 worked. No shelf in shower to stand anything on. Taps in sink not enough height to get kettle access.
Corridor lit very dim a bit creepy for ladies on their own.
Price of drinks in bar were extortionate. Lots of cameras in bar ceiling I counted 9 at least. No intention of taking our own drink but felt like Stalag 13 with cameras watching everyone. The wedding was excellent but not a place I would...

"Didn’t love this hotel. Best thing was the staff. But the rooms are tired. The gas stoves weren’t working, so only pizzas & burgers were available and then we had a fire alarm going off at 3am. So wouldn’t go again."

"Character property in the heart of Buxton. We arrived very late (after midnight) and the Night team at the hotel were exceptional. They couldn't have been more helpful in moving luggage and assisting check in while my wife tried to keep our baby asleep.
Good breakfast in the morning. Well appointed room."
