"Have stayed here many times, but this time I felt they were cutting corners - no biscuits with the coffee tray in the room, and this morning at breakfast most of the fruit juice cannisters were empty, and very little fruit on offer.
I do not feel the bath is suitable for older people. I am 81 and had difficulty getting into the shower as the bath is so high. Its a good job there is a grab rail because the bath was so slippy to stand in to have a shower. Getting back out was also very...

"Nice place, very clean overall.
Had a few hiccups, lady at the desk kept getting the numbers 6 and 9 mixed up and sent us with the wrong key and then sent staff to the wrong caravan. The cot was not already in the caravan, had to ring up to get it, was delivered but smelt of smoke and was broken and had to take it back. A staff member caught us halfway to the reception and kindly took it and got us a brand new one. Overall the customer service is top notch and everyone was very friendly and...
