A great place to stay close to all the amenities in Llangollen. Very friendly staff without exception. Delicious food with a wide choice including vegan dishes. Spa was excellent with a big hydro pool.

Reasonably priced. Lovely large room, clean and comfortable. Shame there is a charge to use the spa when staying if not booked direct with the hotel. Good continental breakfast buffet and a served hot option. Would recommend this hotel, but book it direct.

Fabulous hotel and scenery

Fabulous location and beautiful views. This hotel is only a 15 minute walk into Llangollen. The staff were amazing and Melanie and the new girl Jody showed us the beautiful penthouse suite which is out of this world. We look forward to returning very soon.

Lovely hotel in well kept grounds which are a pleasure to walk around and sit in having a nice drink. Spa excellent and staff pleasant and friendly. food: evening meal and breakfast very good with plenty of choice from menu. Easy walk into centre of llangollen town alongside the river.

Quiet and convenient hotel

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Room was a little tired, but we did have a great outdoor space, being on the ground floor, although laundry next to the bedroom wasn't ideal when they delivered in the morning. Convenient for the town, and the hotel bar/bistro was a great space.

We had a lovely last minute stay at the wild pheasant hotel. No complaints other than that the rooms are incredibly warm. We brought our own fan as previous reviews stated the same. Room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Mini break away

Enjoyed the spar when we arrived. Had a nice afternoon drink in the grounds. Busy with bee’s around us and was a bit nervous with the amount of bees. But apart from that had a lovely time spent with family at the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee in the room and tv.

This a a small shop with a garden by a bridge in Llangollen. That’s what the signs says in Welsh ( I think)
