"I stayed here for 1 night, following an ice storm. I had no power at my home in Nashville & needed a warm place to stay. I’m a healthcare worker at a close by hospital & was so relieved to find shelter here. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean & bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I was required to pay a $20 parking fee to park on an ice-covered parking lot. It would have been nice to have that fee waived during a tragic ice storm that...

"The parking deck is ultra secure; both an armed gate for entry, as well as a metal rolling gate. The breakfast is fabulous, lots of choices from pancakes and waffles, dry cereals and oatmeal, eggs, sausage and potatoes and pastries and bagels, as well as fruit."

"Everything about our stay at this hotel was phenomenal. Our room was beautiful and spotless. The entire staff was gracious and professional. Free Happy had great drinks and abundant snacks of great variety. The free breakfast, with made to order omelets was the perfect way to start our days in Nashvillle and so many options. We give this hotel 5 Stars!! The location is also the best. This will be our Nashville choice from now on. "
