"Nice, New, clean ! Great location - close to highway and lots of restaurants in plaza - Neighboors and North italia were favorites from our trip. Staff super friendly and survived TN snow storm of 2026 in comfort. Only negative was that HBO was not included on tv as it was in other Marriott properties 5 stars all around "

"I stayed at this hotel in January 2026 during the ice storm that left 50% of Nashvillians without heat and electricity in single digit temperatures for many days. The hotel became fully booked quickly. The dedicated staff did an excellent job accommodating guests’ needs in a professional manner. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. First class!"

"Was very happy other than I had to run the dishwasher from the people before our stay and when I opened the dishwasher container it stilled on the floor and had no way to sweep it up an the next morning housekeeper came and emptied my trash but never swap up the floor. That really bugged me."
