"This was an awful stay, we had two rooms as our elderly parent was with us. It was July 6th and the outdoor pool had not been opened. The rooms were ‘non smoking’ but smelled like cigarettes and the hallways smelled worse. The hallways were filthy, the carpet and floors in the rooms were disgusting. "I used to stay at Red Roofs when I traveled for work. They were so much better than this one. In the room the paint was peeling off the ceiling in a large area. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work so any odor came out in the room. There were 3 of us and there were only towels for 2. Got additional towels and they looked like someone had been working on a car with them. A lot of dark stains on them. Even the envelope for the room keys was used. It was worn and had a previous room...
