"Beautiful location and property."

"We stayed at Cayuga Blu hotel for my son's graduation from Ithaca College. Staff made the entire experience for us so special. They left a toy bear in graduation attire in each room we booked and allowed us to use a small party room for free to celebrate after graduation. The room fit 12 people. We were a group of 7 so it was perfect. Management let me decorate the party room in the early morning so when we came back from graduation everything was ready."

"We were not planning on staying "out of town" but this was the only place that had multiple nights in a row during a graduation weekend. It turned out to be very convenient to get to and from and around Ithaca area. The rooms are basic but reasonably up-to-date and clean, plenty of towels, etc.. We had the option of having our room serviced or not. There was always staff available any time of day, which was helpful. The parking lot was well-lighted and convenient. "I travel to Ithaca often for work. My room (single king) was spacious and clean, a good table to do work. It was on the first floor, which I wasn't thrilled with. However, the desk is manned 24/7, so I felt a little better about it. There is a nature trail close by, if you're able, I recommend brining sneakers that can get muddy or hiking boots if you want to get some exercise outside of the small gym. Overall, good experience. "Staff were courteous and welcoming. Great location! The room was spacious and comfortable, clean bed and clean bathroom, "but"... carpet floor in the room was d-i-r-t-y/filthy, reason i noticed is because my earing fell off, when looking for it, it's when i realized the conditions of it, makes you wonder how often the rooms are vacuumed."

"Staff yelled at me for using a coffee mug at breakfast instead of. Plastic when they had coffee mugs right there. We only had two towels and 1/2 roll tp on day 1. I called to ask for towel and tp she said you can come down and get them!!!! Wow. "
