"We had a wonderful stay at the Inn at Glenora Wine Cellars. The views of Seneca Lake and the vineyards were absolutely stunning, especially from our private balcony. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. Having the winery and Veraisons Restaurant right on the property made for a relaxing and memorable Finger Lakes getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for beautiful scenery, great wine, and a peaceful retreat."

"It's a very well thought location. Beautiful place and we had booked the room with Lake view. It was a beautiful view from the room. The room was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Evening walk and sunset from Maindeck restaurant while having dinner was great."

"It was great to have the shuttle from the airport. Front desk staff were very pleasant. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The only thing that I was caught off guard was that there was no complimentary breakfast. Most hotels of this nature have them. Not a deal breaker but for the money, it would have been of value."

"We canceled the stay. The room smells very bad, we asked for room change. Even we arrived very early, most people not arrive yet. The guy at the checkin counter didn't allow us to change to other room. He forced us to cancel the stay. It was a terrible experience to us, so sad.And so mad."

Peeling wall paper stains on carpet and what looked like a blood stain on the top sheet. Under staffed… Front desk staff were folding sheets in the laundry service and making / serving the continental breakfast. Therefore breakfast was chaotic, out of everything. "this is an older, but updated property. i believe that every room has a great view of the lake. there is a huge deck that overlooks the lake with tables and chairs and white lights at night. the staff are very friendly and accommodating. there is a restaurant and bar with good food and reasonable prices. the location is close to the state forest, waterfront, wineries, and breweries, as well as the small village."
