"Poor access to jetted tub! No grab bars for shower, very low toilet, or access to tub. Worst bedding I've ever experienced. Saggy bed. I won't be back."

"The room was lovely, but the television did not work properly and kept defaulting to the hotels promotional video. TV would not change channel, or mode, and did not have a usable guide. It was useless. The pool and jacuzzi were nice and the bed was confortable. We had a great deal of trouble finding the hotel entrance as the entire complex is under construction, and apparently has been for 3 years."

"Very convenient freeway access! Great rooms! Nice atmosphere"

"Friendly, helpful staff."

"one of the worst experiences so far for me. the area is shady. room was smelling as if someone smoked inside the room. since we were very late in the night and had something important to attend to in the morning, I had no choice but to sleep in that room. the room was full of spiders, as if it was not cleaned for ages."

"The front desk was excellent and so very pleasing and nice. The day shift and the. Swing shift."

"Miranda at the front desk was very helpful. I called a few days early and she was helpful and answered all my questions. When I checked in, she was just as nice and kind as she was on the phone. You're lucky to have a such fantastic employee on your staff!!"

"⭐ 1 Star — HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. What was supposed to be a vacation was completely ruined by our stay at this Super 8. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom sink had cigarette burns, there were no screens on the windows, and we saw multiple bugs throughout the room during our stay. On our last morning, I actually woke up with an ant in the bed. There was no ice bucket in the room....
