"The Old Ship is a lovely hotel. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. It was hot and too noisy to have the windows open but the room had a ceiling fan which was remarkably effective. The breakfast was lovely and my veggie dishes had to be ordered especially but came super quick. My only moan is that in the room we only had 4 teabags and 4 pots of milk. No herbal tea. "

"Great, affordable stay in a perfect location. We booked a private double which was affordable, spacious and clean. The check in process was easy and the young local fellow at the desk was fantastic and sorted us out with recommendations. The location is incredible for the price. Seconds walk to the pier and loads of great venues around for food and drinks. The communal kitchen facility was well equipped, but perhaps in need of a good clean. "Great hotel! I was a bit skeptical about staying here at first, but I’m very pleased I chose it for my trip to Brighton. I stayed in a single suite, which was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location is excellent—it’s not too far from the shopping center, and the beach is literally just a stone’s throw away."

"Beautiful place. Large bed room, large bathroom and lovely bed. Very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Friendly staff and very helpful Breakfast room is lovely with a very pretty conservatory area. Great selection for breakfast. Decent setting and easily walkable into town. (Brighton has lots of pubs and shops). Would definitely stay here again. "

"It was a lovely hotel, quite close to the airport, thus why I chose it. The room was decent and quiet and alll the facilities that I needed for my stay worked well. The car park was cramped, not much room to park, I had to get out of the car on the passenger side. So that could do with a bit of improvement. Nonetheless, the price for parking was reasonable compared to other hotels nearby."
