"We had a great little stay here for my daughters 18th birthday. Free cookies on arrival, plus cans water for the room. The room was spotless on arrival. We used the facilities and enjoyed both the gym and the pool. We will be back! Highly recommend."

"What a great location for the pier, beach and the lanes. Walkable from the train station to get your bearings. I did feel the pool tiles were slippery under foot when wet so had to walk very slowly. Pool and showers where great and the Welsh chap on gym was very friendly and helpful. The lounge had awesome views which we used several times while staying. Our double king size room was great for my friend and myself. Thanks"

"Second time staying at Charm and has always been celebrating my husband’s birthday. This year, we got upgraded by the staff for some reason. Staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Spa treatment was nice, had an hour massage to relax us. I just like staying at Charm 👍👍"

"Convenient location with Parking close to Gatwick airport. Spacious rooms and a lovely deep bath! The pool was a nice bonus although the steam room wasn’t working. The staff were helpful and polite. 4.5 miles from Gatwick and great value for money."

"Their system said I had not paid for breakfast, I had. The room was not cleaned without my insistence, apparently they were too busy! Spent 90 mins in foyer while it was done. Room keys did not work very well. Changed but still not working properly. Woken just before midnight on final night, banging on door, He refused to say who it was, Said I had to prove who I was as no one should be in the room. No apology given. "Beautiful building but lack of attention to detail. Upon arrival in spa, went to make a cup of hot tea and there was no sugar or stir sticks or spoons. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub before massage and it was like a barely warm bath plus the jets were spraying up at your face so you couldn’t sit without getting water in the face. Two lockers didn’t work. The massage staff was friendly but it was definitely fluff and buff- not much pressure so that was a disappointment. The main restaurant was fully...
