"The hotel is very pretty and charming and in an amazing location along the waterfront. I was really looking forward to staying here. However, to my disappointment, I didn't have a great experience. There seems to be little soundproofing between floors. There was a lot of commotion above me to the point that I thought they were remodeling. But, what made my experience just bad was that sometime between 3-3:30am I was awoken out of a sound sleep to large banging that literally shook the walls of...

"WE arrived a little early, not an issue, the checked us in and we even got a nice upgraded room. Staff was fantastic. the location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do in the city for the weekend. they ended the stay with hold our bags for the entire rest of the day while we took advantage of a late flight home. Would highly recommend staying there to any of our friend or family going to visit Boston."

"The only real highlight of this hotel is its location by the water, quiet and away from crowds, yet still walkable. Unfortunately, everything else fell short. The restaurant was a disappointment with very limited breakfast options and a 40 minute wait for food with only a few guests. Café Amalfi in Building 5 was a much better choice. The room was just okay, not soundproof, and the towels were worn and torn, definitely not what you expect for the price. Service at the front desk was also...
