"Everything was clean enough except for dusty coffee pot. Problem with tv and remote, 3 people worked on it a different times for about an hour, finally the 16 year old son figured it out. Very apologetic for the delay. I think the room should have been a lower price for the accommodations. "

"Walked in to a kitchen floor full of water, clothes with water in the washer and not enough towels to clean the mess. The refrigerator was old and dirty, hair left in the shower, duct tape holding the bathroom door together. The only reason it gets a star is because the coffee maker was great.
