"Really impressed with our overnight stay at this lovely hotel. Great location and the hotel itself was super clean. We were in a "cosy" room but it was plenty big enough for us. We didn't eat or drink in the hotel so I can't vouch for the food etc but the place itself was great. "

"We booked two rooms for a one night family stay. The hotel is basic but had everything we needed and was comfortable. We used the restaurant in the evening and the food (pizza, wrap) was good. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. What really lifted the stay was the performance and attitude of the staff. Friendly and really helpful. Attentive at dinner and breakfast. A real effort at breakfast to keep items replenished and make sure people had what they wanted. Just before the end of...

"Went from a family room to a very pokey small room due to an error with the respective bookings. There is no lift so be prepared to carry your bags up 3 flights of stairs. Given we had large bags, this wasn’t ideal. Lovely staff, particularly in the restaurant. Location was okay. The restaurant is very busy, particularly on Sunday. "
