"Clean room. Breakast NOT included with room. Breakfast buffet offered for $12.99 per person. Front desk person was unable to look up my member number while every other IHG hotel has no problem with that. I had t o call to get the number from customer service."

"The facility had obviously been updated not long ago. The bed was very comfortable. The room did have a strong smell probably from cleaning supplies. Unfortunately I woke up to multiple bugs crawling around the floor & walls. Front desk person was super nice & helpful!"

"Room was very dirty. Front desk was advised the morning of our second day but on return nothing had been resolved. The phone did not work so I could not call the front desk about the remote not working. I went to the desk and they gave me a new remote. The front desk girl did come up and wipe the shower down and clean the TV so we could actually see it but the room needed a deep clean. We will choose another hotel when we are in the area. "

"Let's start with positives: The beds were comfortable. The fridge was cold. AC and heat worked fine.Now the negatives. We had a handicap room...beds are so high I had to buy a step stool for my husband to get up. No grab bars in the bathroom. No amenities like soap or shampoo. No mirror. After the first day, someone forgot to replace the towels. Chairs are beat up. Building is in rough shape, pool is filled in. Husband's wheelchair barely fit through the bathroom doorway.
