Availability at a much needed time, (Hurricane Helene) The staff was kind and helpful. This propery is under much needed renovation but I feel that they are working on it.

Dusty, dirty, it was actually sauce all over floor and on top sheet, toilet moves when you sit. The staff men at night are very fresh with women.

Good exterior, bad interior and service

Dirty, poorly maintained, cobbled fixtures/furniture/lighting. Satellite kept blinking out. A non-smoking room with cigarette burns in both blankets, hair in tub, sticky carpet. No pool access. Called to verify it was pet friendly and the guy was yelling at me. Only thing it has going for it is location.

...The Man at the front desk was so helpful giving me My Money back! I walked into that room and turned right back around! I have two small children and it absolutely has to be clean, and comfortable for them and My Husband. It wasn't up to Our standards but it wasn't the peoples fault... It was just Not for Us! Thanks anyway!

The doors had mold. The bathroom sink was rusted and painted white to try to conceal it. The room smelled like mold being covered up with strong perfume. We left immediately after checking in.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was extremely dirty and had an unpleasant smell. We found spiders/bugs in the room, and the condition of the bedding and other areas was terrible. The conditions were so unacceptable that we decided not to stay and left shortly after checking in. What made the experience even more disappointing was how the situation was handled afterward. Despite explaining what happened and providing documentation, the hotel refused to issue a refund and claimed that the room had been used. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this property carefully read the recent guest reviews and look at guest photos before booking.

This was an extended stay. It was absolutely horrible. I was so upset I didn’t sleep. People actually live in this hotel. It was so dirty and smelled horrible. I will never be back!

I didn't like the following: There were construction workers outside "smoking weed" . . . all night long. The strong smell drifted into my room and I had to wear a mask for 6 hours. Two, there were roaches in the room. They come out when you start eating. Three, there was "no breakfast." Breakfast is advertised on the internet. Lastly, there was "no ice." The ice machine was not working.

Filthy, nasty staff, dangerous atmosphere, didn’t even stay because my daughter and I were in danger, staff didn’t care, drug dealers around and couldn’t lock my door from the inside after they this was the 3rd room they offered me. The refused a refund and keep dodging my calls and when hotels.com tried to reach them they said the manager wasn’t available and I need to call myself.

Booked this hotel, received my confirmation, when I arrived they said they were full! Had to find other accommodations, so not satisfied at all with Super 8. The hotel could've at least called, texted, or emailed, to let me know there had been a mistake made in my booking, but I was blindsided the day of my check in.
