"I found all the staff very helpful. The location is good for Orangutan, Sun Bears and the Rain Forest. The only elemwnt that was poor was I needed to amend my booking via Expedia and I still ended up being charged for one additional night, the cost was minimal, but that's not the point."

"The London Hotel is pleasant with friendly staff, close to the centre of the town and its amenities. The shower was excellent and bed comfortable. "The accommodation and food was nice, we were let down by the tours and communication. The night walk was disappointing as we walked very close to our accommodation, so was not really the jungle walk we were expecting. However the river cruises were good, apart from being let down by our boat breaking down within the first 10 minutes of our tour and being stuck in the water for over 20 minutes. This time was just taken from our tour time therefore we had a shorter river cruise than other groups...

"There are improvements being carried out, which will make a difference in the future. We were unable to get the advertised wifi at all, despite the router being reset many times. This was annoying. On four occasions we had random people enter our room without knocking, which was not okay. Once guy even got cross with us and said we should have locked the door.
