"Perfect location right next to the gondola. Not a 'quaint' or 'beautiful' building but makes up for it in convenience, cleanliness, and service. We've stayed at several places in Telluride, this one twice, and it's our favorite primarily because it's got everything you need within a block or two - gondola, trails, river, store, many many restaurants, hot tub, bike and boat rental, etc. If I could make one suggestion it would be to expand the breakfast options. "We were in town for the Telluride Jazz Festival. Great location, spotless rooms, comfy bed, better than average hotel breakfast. Best part was it was only a 10-15 minute walk from our room to the Town Park stage. Parked the car when got in and it didn’t move until we left. Will definitely stay here again."

"We had an amazing stay at this place. Very cozy walking distance to downtown telluride and 5mins walk to the gondola station. The place is very cleaned. They provided all the towels we needed and nicely placed in the bed and bathrooms. Shampoo, conditioner and bidy wash are included inside the bathroom along with the hair blower and unlimited kleenex tissue for our runny nose.
