"Very good location, amenities are good."

"Rooms are in need of a major renovation."

"Location is mosy convenient. Peaceful"

"No restaurant, valet parking only, non working slide or heated pools. Got 2 rooms asked for them to be connecting rooms but staff was unable to accommodate that request even though the property seemed extremely slow and not full. Too many dogs on property. They would bark at you in halls and even while enjoying time relaxing on our own deck. The neighboring dogs were constantly barking. An alarm clock repeatedly going off waking us early at 5:30 am despite the alarm being unplugged and shut...

"Wunderschönes Hotel, top Lage, direkt an den kostenlosen Sesselliften nach Mountain Village. Sehr freundliches Personal, große Zimmer mit Balkon."

"We had a wonderful comfortable visit."

"5 star service, amenties, and location make this my go-to in Telluride. Jose and Rebecca are kind, attentive and present. Many thanks."

"Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!"

"Nobody was there to welcome, no staff was there to accommodate us."

"Loved the location- right on the river. Clean and comfortable. Had a great time in Telluride!"

"Felt similar to staying in a dorm room. No decorations hardly. Blank slate room. Bathroom heater didn’t work. Cob webs in corners. Hot water intermittent. Front desk was very nice though. "

"Wonderful spacious room. Great location with a balcony overlooking the concert area during the summer. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Covered parking, close to shopping, restaurants and the gondolas. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again"
