Location is fantastic. Everything in Telluride and Mountain Village is walkable. Could have been more comfortable accomodations, but overall everything was clean and worked well for our trip.

The place is great and within walking distance to downtown. My biggest complaint is that there is no AC and the apartament has poor ventilation, even when it was 55 outside the place felt really hot. We were also surprised when we return one afternoon to find someone working inside the apartment with cero communication to us. I texted Avanti to ask if they have approved this and received no answer.
