"This property is amazing. The rooms have been recently renovated. So many cute and thoughtful touches. So relaxing to sit out on the balcony and listen to the river in the comfortable chairs. Room was spacious even with two king beds in it. Staff was super nice and helpful and one said she “has the best job in the world”. Parking is right out front."

"Perfect location on Main Street yet very quiet in the little town of Ouray. Small, cozy room with very comfy king bed and large tv. Linens were so clean and fresh! Small sink counter but was ok. Mini fridge and microwave. This is a quaint inn, no frills but great for the area. We got breakfast chits each day. We would stay there again!"

"The room was spacious and had comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water. The big disappointment was the sparse breakfast and lack of flavored cream that any $200+ a night hotel has. There are a lot of stairs to climb if you want the quieter 2nd floor. The hotel is nicely redecorated, but pricey for what you get. Hot tourist area. Go for the hotels with hot springs it's worth the $25 more. Also booked a suite and DID NOT GET A SUITE."

"Historic property. Great location. Amazing amenities. Super friendly host who has a lot of investing stories to share. We had a shared bathroom which makes it dependent on the other residents for cleanliness. The tub was slightly small to take a bath."

"This is the 4th time I’ve stayed here with my family. The time before this one I felt like the staff was very short and rude. Assuming I maybe caught someone on a bad day I brushed it off. This time, I’m absolutely certain everyone who works there hates their job. The receptionists were “ok”. The bar/restaurant staff are fireable based on their attitude alone not to mention they won’t stay off their phones long enough to take your order. Our stay was for 3 days and when housekeeping came in 1...

"Wonderful location just off the main street of Telluride and close to the Gondala. The hotel is unfussy; simple, clean, friendly. Firepit was a nice bonus. Didn't use the hot tub, though it was tempting after a long day of hiking! Breakfast is simple and needs to be taken to your room."
