"Bar staff-Alnar and Davie were very pleasant and helpful. Female bartenders had very poor attitudes. Mei Lo at the deli was so sweet and helpful. The rugs on our floor, the 11th, were filthy. The windows on the rooftop bar were so dirty, which detracted from the stellar views."

"It was a very nice property and the staff was amazing. The only issue I had was the website stated it was pet friendly and had a place for the pets. However that is not the case. There was no place for me to take my dog. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay."

"Hotel was nice and well maintained. Clean and pretty…. Parking was very expensive but nice to have on premise. Front desk was nice and helpful. Breakfast line was super long so never got food. Wanted to grab fruit or a bagel for our long car drive but you aren’t allowed to take food out of the eating area which is ridiculous."

"It’s a great location and I certainly recommend it for a short term stay. Nice staff. Place is kept pretty clean. There are zero amenities from what I can tell. Very reasonably priced. Only real downside is the noise. This is a very old building and you can hear everything (and I mean everything) going on in the rooms adjacent to yours. Otherwise, nice stay"

"Hotel is cute and decently maintained for being 100 years old. The low rating is because someone stole a bag of souvenirs from our room. The only people in our room besides us was housekeeping. All of the items were in the room the morning of and then we realized it was missing that night. We had Alcatraz gifts and Nintendo items. Pretty sure someone saw the Nintendo bag and thought it was high value and took the whole bag. Was told the cameras in the hotel dont work. Will never stay again or...

"The staff was very friendly upon us arriving providing us with a map of the city and useful information. Room was clean, didn’t have many amenities (i.e. fridge, microwave) but overall we enjoyed our stay."

"From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by the valet staff that are amazing !! Front desk staff is also super helpful and helpful into make your stay the best as possible. Also Eddie the bartender is the best."
