"The Hotel Caza is a great place to stay in San Francisco if you have kids. The rooms are relatively large, the location is amazing and the lobby offers a number of activities to keep the kids amused during the down times. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. I would respectfully suggest that they build a hot tub on property because it was just too chilly for a pool. In short, this is a great quality, family hotel in an amazing location. "The property was perfect for our 4 nights stay, the location was very convenient from the airport to everywhere in the city. It’s in Union square and the area around is very safe and has all the required amenities at a walking distance. Grab a Muni pass and go anywhere from here while the cable car regularly goes across. "This was a great spot to be for the event we were attending. Would have liked for the check in and check out to be a bit smoother and wishes there was AC but other than that the stay was pretty great. Polish up those refurbished bathrooms and you have a great hotel! "
