"Tout était super ! Les BASIN sont incroyables"

"Beautiful property. I would highly recommend the spa on site!"

"Hot tub and spa were wonderful"

"It was cozy and the location was great with an amazing Mountain View from the hot tub pools. It was quiet and conveniently located to public transit."

"Excellent"

"Choose another hotel Two nights, a broken TV, a bathroom light that failed, and two detergent dispensers that didn’t work. We reported the room problems, but the TV was still not working when we returned. Then reception woke us at 6:30 a.m. over a supposed complaint from a neighbour about our alarm. We had no alarm set. The housekeeping staff were kind, but maintenance and front desk service were poor. We would not stay here again."

"Honestly, the pictures do not look anything like the room we had not to mention I booked on Expedia, not thinking when I got to the resort that there would be extra fees that I had to pay, and when I booked, they did not say that I would have to pay for parking extra all it said was that there was parking on site not that you had to pay for it and the resort fees you would think that’s included in the Expedia price seeing as the room was over $600."

"Great amenities and staff."

"Muy a gusto."

"The hotel is in the downtown area and close to everything. The Conference Center is 30 min away by foot. Clean, well maintained. A small fridge and an electric pot are great!"
