"We recently stayed at OKANA Resort and overall had a good experience. The pool was definitely a highlight the temperature was perfect and made it really enjoyable to relax and spend time there. The food prices were reasonable for a resort, which we appreciated. We do wish the app had a bit more information about daily activities. One issue we experienced was with housekeeping essentials; we arrived to empty body wash, conditioner, and shampoo, and although we were told we were on a rush priority...

"Rooms can use a carpet change, staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast menu in the restaurant can add a few more items, but food was good and staff was friendle. Great location for paycom center for OKC games."

"My stay at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff set the tone with their genuine friendliness and attentiveness, and they made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. The rooms were absolutely wonderful! "Hotel has signs of wear and needs upgrades. Headboard was all scratched and stains on bed sheets. Bathroom was unusually small, especially compared to the size of the room. Bathtub with shower curtain felt dated. Excellent location for concert with easily accessible and affordable parking. Staff courteous but stopped helping me mid check-in to tend to another guest which was annoying. "

"Parking was easy. The Presidential Suite was Amazing, but there was a strong odor of Marijuana in the Lobby and hallway, and the Presidential Suite was right by the entrance of smokers, so not the most favorable. However, the room was phenomenal. "

"Staff at checkout not very friendly. Didn’t greet me nor did she get up out of her chair. I put the key on the counter and she says “I can’t reach it” so I had to push it over to the edge cause I guess she couldn’t get up out of her chair! "
