"Our heater /ac unit didn’t work at all. I didn’t discover this until we unpacked so we suffered the chill. Hairdryer missing in our room so had to go down from third floor to get one. Shower very hard to operate . Not intuitive and clumsy set up. Breakfast ok but frankenfood, super processed. The price was cheap , under 40 but they charged a hotel fee of 6.99 on Expedia. What could that be for?"

"The lobby is generally updated, but the rooms have only had some superficial/cosmetic revision. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. The workout space was closed, but staff indicated they would open it on request. The bed was clean and comfortable. The couch was not clean. The dresser had misfitting drawers that would not close completely. There was mildew on the fixtures in the living space and the bathroom walls and ceiling. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The breakfast was very limited, with weak coffee and grainy, wet scrambled eggs. I checked out after one night and forfeited the remainder of the reservation."

"Great hotel. Very clean and a good selection for breakfast. I like that I felt safe having to use my key card after hours to enter the hotel. My only complaint would be that there are no curtains over the window (a shade that doesn't block light) so if you like it dark when you sleep, ask for a room not facing the interstate. "

"There were no mention of pool closure anywhere - online or at the lobby, but the staff insisted seasonal closure is mentioned. The room Dos/Don'ts notice provided also listed pool is available, but it was not. AC vent faces at one of the double beds, so had poor temp control throughout the room. Multiple entrances are available to the building, but keycard didn't work to go inside at night, not sure about daytime access. Breakfast selection was okay. Coffee quality was very poor. "
