Our bathroom floor had urine on it around the toilet upon check-in, but the front desk staff member was quick to clean it for us and gave us a complimentary breakfast.

We were beyond happy with our stay at Hyatt Place! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We did not have a car, and we were able to walk or scooter to everything we wanted to do. And for only $8 the breakfast was worth it. If we are back in OKC, we will for sure stay here again.

Great hotel. Clean. Parking is expensive but you can try to find street parking. Was unhappy about both treadmills being broke but you can use the ones next door. No microwave in room.
