"Exactly as website reviews state. Very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good parking and reasonable priced. We would definitely stay again, as well as I would highly recommend this place. Plus we had a really good night’s sleep as the bed was really comfortable. "

"Really good value room, big TV and comfortable bed. Bathroom missing towels on arrival but I soon got one from reception. Tea spoon also missing from Hospitality tray too but no issue. Well worth £29-50 for a cheap comfortable night away."

"Stayed for a single night whilst in town for a comedy gig. Had a really comfortable king sized room and had a great night's sleep with an excellent cooked breakfast the next morning. The Abbey Grange is a hidden gem. "

"Do not use this company as they do t send any checking in numbers and refuse to refund even tho you don’t stay there "

"I arrived and hotel had no reservation from hotels.com but found a room for me, needed my bank details, but would resolve the issue with hotels.com. Just past midnight, whilst in bed fast asleep hotel.com messaged to say the hotel had rejected my booking, LOL, now neither Hilton or hotels.com are responding back to my emails, so not impressed. A shame because it is a nice hotel."

"Children running up and down corridor at night. Given cookies with walnuts (husband has nut allergy and didn’t read back of packaging, he was really ill. May be an idea to mention to guests when handing out). Air conditioning in room don’t work at all. Fan in room but extremely noisy. Only given 1 bath towel/hand towel so had to phone for one for 2nd guest."
