"Room wasn’t as clean as we had hoped for. There was a fingernail on the bathroom floor, toilet paper in the toilet bowl, and some black stains on one of the bed comforters. The floors were very dirty, as we noticed our socks were black after walking without shoes for a few minutes in our room. Other than that, we felt like we got what we paid for!"

"Bed was nice, all the staff I spoke with were amazing and helpful. I had only one issue with one lady being kinda rude but EVERYONE else was so nice and helpful. Very nice hotel and right by the convention center. I chose to stay embassy suite instead of the host hotel for the free breakfast and very happy with my choice."

"Be warned: cockroaches EVERYWHERE!!! I scrambled to get out before they had time to get in my things. This added to the stress of other issues this evening. Cory was amazing, but he refused to refund me and made it very challenging to just leave and be done. I'm contacting my credit card company as a result. "The shower in my bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. There was hair particles and what looked like small traces of blood in bathroom shower and on the inseam of the door. The quality of their pillows was piss poor as well."

"The price was great. Room was clean. Had an exercise room. We thought they would have their pool open but it wasn't. The tub stoppers need replaced because it barely kept the water in both times we stayed. Breakfast was water, juice box, apple, little package of wafers. Coffee, my spouse said, was terrible. He didn't know if it was from the coffee maker or what. The other motel we stayed in, he said used the same coffee. It didn't taste bad. Walmart was near by so you could easily go buy...

"The cleanliness of the facility was great. Staff waa great. Unfortunately, I was not happy about the unexpected $50.00 deposit when I got to the hotel. Also, as everyone else stated the breakfast was not great - all the food was cold , definitely wasn't the continental breakfast I am used to at LaQuinta Hotels."

"The hotel was clean including our room. Our bed and pillows were super comfy! Breakfast had a nice variety of hot food. Sausage, eggs, and waffles. Fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, pastries, and cereal. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again the next time we are in Montgomery. I was disappointed that there wasn't a pool as advertised on the website but it wasn't a deal breaker. Overall we were happy and pleased with our stay. "

"We stayed 2 nights and property was relatively clean, breakfast offered very few items. Coffee was great but had to ask for assistance both mornings as machine required frequent maintenance. Hotel didn’t seem to be very busy but our floor was a bit loud, beds were comfortable & could hear interstate traffic throughout the night. Biggest disappointment was our room was not cleaned during our stay. "
