From the time I walked into the hotel I can see and smell the cleanliness. I have OCD so me saying I give the cleanliness a 10/10 is great! Everyone was very helpful when I needed anything and welcoming me, checking in, and assistance during the stay was great! My kids stayed here with me also; they didn’t want to leave, ha!

The receptionist was professional and did her job well; however there were charges not previously disclosed, such as $6/day parking in outdoors spots usually free to park. Breakfast was $18, not $8 as indicated on the website. Both were a bit off putting. Otherwise clean accommodations.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Great stay

My autistic daughter, service dog, and I stated one night going to New Orleans and one night two weeks later coming back. We had different people check up in and they were so gracious to give us a room on the first floor due to my daughter’s fear of elevators and it being more convenient with the dog. The staff were so kind and friendly. The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

We were in a 4th floor room at one end of the traffic-side of the building. One immediate neighbor was a stairwell we never saw anyone else using. The stay was pleasant, the staff friendly and accomodating. Of course, if you want the Ritz-Carlton, you'll have to go to the Ritz-Carlton. But for the price, this was a 5-star experience.
