"Property was clean. Staff was wonderful. We settled in our room and new tv wasn't working. Staff worked on it for 2hrs. He felt horrible, but made accommodations for a different room. AC in new room was a bit musty, however room was very clean. Shower head was like a pressure washer, so keeping the shower curtain in the shower was interesting. Breakfast was typical for a hotel breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pool. We will stay again. The staff was hard worked and extremely kind."

"My go to when staying in Hershey! Friendly welcoming staff, super clean rooms, comfy beds, strong (free) WiFi, Cable TV, microwave and a fridge. Safe clean area and 3 minutes to Hersheypark. Thanks again for another great stay!"

"It served its purpose -somewhere clean for us to rest our head after a day at the park . The front desk staff was very friendly . Our room was really clean . The hotel in general was clean . Breakfast was just the bagels , hard boiled eggs , muffins , fruit , cereal , and yogurt. That was enough to hold us over until lunchtime. Only thing they didn’t have was an elevator and working pool . "
