"Construction noise at 4-5 am . Breakfast quality went down from before . No one available to make coffee"

"Pillows were the absolute worst. So bad that I saw numerous people go out and buy their own, myself included. They were extremely lumpy and had an odor. Furniture in room was peeling and there were hair ties and bobby pins and trash on the floor when we got into our room, so it was not cleaned well prior to our stay. Location and ease of getting into the venue were fantastic and restaurant was good, but just very upsetting that every pillow was in bad condition. "

"The room clean but did have a strong smell of air freshner which aired out w the door opened to the hall for a bit. The beds were comfortable. The breakast was the standard with both hot and cold options and fresh fruit. Was very excited to see they had packaged gluten options. "

"Breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment of the stay. Same thing every morning and not much of a selection. Bagels were stale and it just wasn’t good. Room was kinda clean but for some reason all drains were not in and just laying next to the sink and in the tub. Staff was nice. Indoor pool was good. "

"One night was way too short of a stay. The last we were in town and stayed here it was for 3 nights and it was the perfect amount of time. Clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom the towels smelled so clean and fresh! Eat at both places, the fine dining and the pub. Food was delicious. Definitely my preferred choice for lodging in Lititz. Walking distance to many cute shops and places to eat. Love that you have a designated parking spot, so once you park, essentially you don’t have to drive anywhere. "

"I don’t understand the heating system in the rooms. Once you put it on heat; it should stay on heat. Instead, it went back and forth between being comfortably heated to being cold. It did that throughout the night. It would be nice if they would get that properly adjusted, The rooms were nice and clean, the staff were friendly and courteous, parking was convenient and it was nice that they offered both hot and continental breakfasts. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. "
