"The room was terrible, the Tv didn't work and the radiator didn't work the bed was practically on the floor and the shower was broken"

"Clean comfortable room, good choice for breakfast."

"Ideal location"

"Great stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a very good size. The bathroom was very big too. The location is amazing. Only 2-3 minutes walk from Bold Street which has so many nice restaurants. Also Liverpool Lime Street Station is only 10 minutes walk away."

"Room needed updating carpet was quite grubby bed was ok Dissappointed with the lack of amenities we stayed for 3 nights and never seen any members of staff and no topping up with teabags sugar or milk We had stayed in the hotel a few years ago and nothing seemed to have changed"

"Great location"

"Very comfortable hotel with excellent beds. Rooms were tastefully decorated with all the accessories you would need. A non slip mat for the bath was appreciated. Staff were very helpful, polite and pleasant. The two restaurants on site were excellent one for casual dining (Pizza, pasta etc) and the Carriage works which was also excellent for an Al a Carte menu. There are also bars for a drink. The hotel has a Spa but did not use it. The hotel is ideally placed to visit Liverpool with bus...

"Easy to park at nearby John Lewis Q park. Handy for shopping at Liverpool one and 30 min walk to Hill Dickinson stadium! We had a room with a double bed and single bed which was ideal for our family of 3 watching Everton match."

"Excellent room for the price. Only downfall was we arrived during a heatwave and couldn't turn the aircon or shower temp to cool (preset). That said the staff were lovely and I'm sure it would have been fixed if I'd reported it, but by the morning didn't have time to get dressed again and go downstairs before rushing to catch train home."

"Comfy bed but was up against the window which made it tricky to get to it to shut from the noise. It is a noisy room but this is expected due to the location and still managed to sleep fine. Booked for a concert and was cheap for the price so was perfectly OK for one night."

"Well located, with a good adjacent car park, nice room and good breakfast choices, would stay again"
