"Whoever cleans the rooms needs to be fired. They left a giant human hairball and swept it under the bed and on the side of the bed with dirt all over the floor and in the shower. Only half the towels were clean. Bugs in the room I had to kill. I’ve never felt so disgusted in a hotel before. Easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed and I travel for work all over the U.S"

"Had to wait 40 minutes after check in for a room and when we got in it it smelled like dirty people and cigarettes, it was so bad. I broke out in hives and had to use my inhaler the smoke smell was so bad. The bedding had a burn hole in it. It seemed clean but smelled dirty. The outside is not nice at all."

"We had the power go out at 3:30 am. It came back on at 6 am. Due to the power outage we did not get our breakfast. They didn't open until 8 that morning. We had a long drive for the day. Sorry we couldn't enjoy it. Also no compensation for no breakfast. Bummer!"

"The room was clean. However the wall paper was peeling and stained, the bed/mattress was very old and the metal rim was worn through at the edges of the mattress making a hard ridge to sit against. The sheets were very worn and wrinkled and the blanket was thin. The pillows were small and worn out. The curtain was threadbare. Furniture was worn out and outdated. The chain lock on the door was broken off. Our expectations were much higher for $165.00 a night. We could not get a refund because...

"This place was okay for a one night stay. We pulled in late and left early, so the beds were comfortable and the shower was good. The room was clean - no weird smells. The bathroom was a bit worn down. It could use some repair and the bathroom fan did not work. However, the room itself had a good ac/heater and the place was pretty quiet for sleeping. We grabbed some yogurt, bagels, and boiled eggs before we left, so that was helpful. The prices in Winnemucca are very high, so this place...

"So this is an old hotel and hasn't really been updated in a while. At some point they did some cosmetic upgrades so they have nice floors, new paint etc. What they don't have is modern amenities. The shower was super small, and while I fit I could barely get my head under the shower. The water pressure was ok, but they had a low flow shower head, so it still took a while to get cleaned.
