When checking out after buying breakfast the front desk person asked if we wanted our breakfast voucher. We said we’d just had breakfast and we weren’t advised of any breakfast at checkin.. other than that it’s a clean place with probably the best casino in Winnemucca because it’s not too smoky…. But, that’s not saying a lot..

Upon arrival I was given a different price than over phone and was told to book with Expedia for best price. Counter reception cracking knuckles was very disturbing and un professional. I went to my room and washed hands then noticed the sink had a leak - they made me move rooms. Later I took a shower and realized hair dryer broken. Tried to call front desk - but phone in room wasn’t working Sooo I had to walk downstairs in my pjs with a wet head. Beyond disappointed and requested a refund. Nothing done. I left hotel without sleeping overnight at midnight as a bus full of noisy kids arrived. I’ll never stay here again.
