Cari Hotel di Daerah Horsham

"This felt more like a motel than a hotel due to them literally charging for every little thing. The staff is really good at processing transactions on the credit card machine. I don't mind paying for add-ons but when you charge a premium for calling yourself a hotel, you should at least have the decency to provide a bottle or two of water to your guests free of charge."

"A very tired and run down property. I won’t be staying there again."

"Did the job as always"

"Value for money"

"Clean room"

"Beautiful, historical venue. Really special. Additional premium/luxury touches could help elevate it to 5*. It has the potential. Food is great."

"We had an amazing weekend at this hotel. Huge room with a super king-size bed and a wonderful view. Spa facilities are nice, clean and well maintained, with a warm swimming pool. Bar and restaurant staff are polite and friendly, delicious food. Breakfast was good also with an international section and a hot option to order. Thank you to the whole team for looking after us, especially Jackie"

"Convenient location to the airport, buses and train station."

"Great hotel, you get what you pay for, bed was comfy enough but could of done with some more pillows, shower gel dispenser was hanging of the wall but everything else was great"

"Not much"

"The hotel is a business focused conference venue with good facilities and loads of meeting rooms. My only complaint was restaurant closes at 9:00 and there is no room service."
