I’ll admit I was quite nervous about booking after reading some negative reviews online, but the reality was the complete opposite of what I saw; my stay was fantastic from start to finish. "lovely room clean and with a great view. Only stayed one night but the bed was very comfy and there was an iron, coffee machine with both real and decaf pods as well as robes and slippers. it was a premium room but the extra touches were thoughtful and useful. "

"Well located, room was clean and bed was very large and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent which was a great start to the day. I must give a special mention to Dave the night porter. He was always warm and welcoming and ready with a joke or two. If you get the opportunity you must get him to show you some magic; he is a cracking little magician. We will certainly return."

"Room was great overall. ( no view, but i wasnt there for that). Clean, comfy bed, good water pressure bar staff were 98% great, food was cracking with large portions and a decent quality. Breakfast options and delivery was excellent. Thursday evenings are quiz night so make sure you book a table for dining if you want to do that. I just managed to get a table. I'd stay again."
