The gave us an accessible room which didn’t suit us and the attached parking lot was full and we had to use valet parking at $33 a night. We were able to get a parking spot the next day. "This property is so pet friendly -- they have treats and toys to share, and the staff were all very engagning with our dog. The hotel and bar staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Parking was attached to hotel and the location for walking, shopping and eating downtown was great."

"The only concern I had was the elevators seemed like they needed a service. There were some noises that were not something you wanted to hear when traveling in them. I noticed that the service tickets in the elevators were from 2024. My bed was comfortable and clean, would definitely stay again....but maybe use the stairs."

"The only complaint we have was the water pressure in our shower, which may be out of anyone's control, other than that, everything was perfect!"

"Room wasn't ready upon check in. Once checked in room smelled of wet dog, toilet and shower were dirty and there was no soap, towels or shower curtain. Checked out immediately. The front staff gentleman was amazing though."
