"Rooms were clean and breakfast good. However, maintenance staff didnt address our problem of continual vent noise in bathroom. We contacted reception staff and issue was not resolved. It was an annoying sound and kept us up at night. Normally, the vent fan only comes on when the bathroom light is on."

"We arrived room I paid for wasn’t Available . Also was downgraded to different room when I paid for a suite . They supposedly gave me free parking and some reward points . But unsure haven’t received final receipt . We didn’t have sheets for rollaway bed . Room we were given still had maintenance stuff left in room where they were repairing something in bathroom wall paper peeling off in some areas . Asked for sheets and trash bags never received til I asked again several hours later . Breakfast...

"I liked the fridge with a larger freezer than many places. We were able to fit all our ice packs in it. The TV remote only worked to turn it on do I was unable to change channels or control the volume. The shower worked but needs maintenance. It was nice that it had an anti slip surface."

"Property was in poor shape, lobby was dirty and had a horrible order. I was surprised that you even have this property listed on your website. I used Expedia for all my travel needs and have always trusted the hotels that you have listed. Now, because of this property, I will be more careful."

"CLEAN AND BUG & SMOKE FREE. I would recommend this location. Great Location was perfect for The ARK and Creation Museum. It was also a perfect location for local restaurants and gas stations. Close ot the interstate too. It was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Was given great instructions and had communication with the managers. Things to consider: The bathroom is not really big for disabled folks, and the beds are memory foam type and were a little lower than we would have liked."

"Super easy to check in. Beautiful location. Quiet. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the house. It usually takes me a few nights to get good sleep; not here slept like a baby on night one. We had everything we needed to cook full on dinners. You are so close to the Ark you can see it from the back porch. Owners are great people and great communicators. I didn't have any issues just a few questions and Charlie was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!"
