"Very peaceful and quiet. Stairs were a bit more of a challenge than I anticipated, but next stay I will ask about ground level before I book. Beds very comfortable! Liked the overall atmosphere very much."

"Denny was a wonderful host! I stayed on the third floor in the Derby Room. It was perfectly charming! Everthing I needed for a solo one night getaway. Perfectly located to enjoy a leisurely walk around downtdown Maysville. Fantastic eateries and pubs just footsteps away from the front door. Denny was very knowledgeable about the local fare and offered many suggestions.The next time I need to take a step back in time and enjoy the company of the lovely people of Maysville, I will definitely book...

Body wash and shampoo smelled like a car air freshener from the 1980's. The while place felt unsafe. Breakfast was minimal and tasted like it was made of synthetic/fake ingredients."

"We couldn't have had a better stay. If we are ever back in the area again we will definitely make a point to stay there again. Staff were great, accommodating and helpful, breakfast was great, rooms were clean, spacious and adequate. We enjoyed our time. And location is close to gas stations, restaurants, shopping, and convenience options. Before we traveled and booked our reservation I read some negative reviews of this place. I seriously cannot understand from their point of view why? ...

"Where do I start. This Hotel, staff, everything was absolutely amazing. The hotel is locally owned by some of the most pleasant people you would ever want to be around. Actually everyone we met in the entire town was so very kind and went above and beyond on everything. The rooms were TOP class, the decorations were everything Horse and Horse racing. We went to visit a friend who in in rehab in Paris so we decided to stay here. We left Paris with more friends. We will definitely be going back...

"I felt the facility was somewhat dirty. The carpets haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. When I got out bed, I put my flip flops to walk about the room because of the dirty carpet. Some updating is needed along with new carpet."

"The shower was great - plenty of hot water and adequate water pressure although I was concerned about slipping in the tub. Floor of the tub needs something to reduce the slipperiness and risk of falls. Tub was quite long! Towels were great, too. Breakfast was good but could use a greater selection of foods. Although I didn't get there early so that the selection may have been better earlier. The vanity by the sink could have been a bit bigger. One frustration was no instructions for...

"Pro-Night front desk was wonderful. Check in was a friendly experience. Cons- room was dirty and not well maintained. Bed was VERY uncomfortable. Owner was not helpful in any way during the stay."
