"Loved this place. We actually stayed 4 nights. The restaurant was great, across the parking lot is another restaurant, a coffee shop and a gas station/convenience store. They do not do daily room cleaning so you need to request items. The one issue we had was the coffee situation. They only have a certain brand of pods for a specific machine, and they completely ran out of pods, which according to staff is a regular issue there. We were left to have to cross the street and purchase coffee. When...

"Don’t spend the money to stay here. Our room had lightbulbs going out so they just flickered, the one light had the lightbulbs showing, no cover in them. Headboard had a big old chunk out of the middle of it. There was garbage by the side door that sat there for atleast 6 hours. I ended up offering to take it out when I went up to the front desk. But the new young man said he would get it out. When we checked in the kid working, didn’t even stand up to greet us, just kept in his chair...

From the location (stroll down the path next to the creek right into downtown Golden - it’s a beautiful walk), to the staff who went above and beyond to make my husband’s bday special , to the awesome outdoor space to just hang out and enjoy drinks, food, and live music - it’s a 10 all around. Great small boutique hotel with all the amenities and a chill atmosphere."

"The Inn was kept clean, the breakfast was very well organized, and the staff was superlative. I arrived at the rail stop near the Inn at midnight in a pouring rain and the father of the front-desk clerk drove a mile to pick me up so I would not have to take a bus in the rain. I was amazed at his courtesy and thanked him profusely."

"The person before us had requested late check out so our room was not ready until 1/2 hour after check in. We had arrived early so it was a wait. When we checked in we discovered the sheets were stained but the housekeeping team had gone home so we were given a set of sheets to change our own bed. The coffee pot also didn’t work. Not a very good stay for a Marriott. Breakfast was good however. There was a wide selection of healthy foods!"
