Aaron made me feel very welcome to the hotel, explained all of the amentities with a very cheerful and upbeat attitude. gave great directions on where to park so that I would have a short walk to my room. let me know he was there to help and answer any questions that I had. Most friendly check-in that I've had in a long time."

"The bed was comfortable, that's the best I can say. I'm surprised there were no bedbugs. It was dirty. The TV was junk. The toilet was difficult to flush. My travel companion used the bathroom garbage can , filled in the tub to flush the toilet. Dead bugs were all over the bathroom ceiling. There was no hot water in the the bathroom sink. A dribble, that's it. You can see that at one time the bathroom was really moldy, it needs serious cleaning still. I'm not gonna lie, I have nothing good to...

"Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. I have video and photos. Also, no hot tub. This was a Christmas gift to each other. Our stay was under welming. "

"We were here in the fall after the golf course closed and “winter pricing” was in affect. We were told it is quite busy during peak season, but it was darn near abandoned in November. Beautiful place with one golf course still under construction, more condos recently completed…lots going on for future amenities. Room was open and roomy with high ceilings and fireplace. View was gorgeous! We’ll be back!"

"Restaurants were closed couldn't find a place to eat a sit down dinner. Ate at subway. Hotel felt unsafe. Lock on door only had half of the security lock. People walking up and down street. just didn't feel safe. didn't stay left and found another hotel in Moss Lake."
