"Great hotel in a very convenient location! Staff is super accomodating and friendly. We had breakfast in the cafe twice and both were delicious, and a really good deal! We were 1 block from Winterfest so it was the perfect spot to launch our weekend getaway. Parking is super easy, our dogs loved the beatiful park on the water right there for potty breaks. Would recommend."

"I would like to express our deepest gratitude for the extraordinary service we received. While the entire staff was very kind, the help we received during our departure left us speechless. On Thursday, February 12th, our car wouldn’t start as we were trying to leave. My 81-year-old husband went inside to ask for help, and a staff member came out immediately with an incredible attitude of service. I unfortunately missed his name, but his helpfulness was outstanding: he noticed a nut was missing...

"This was a very family friendly holiday inn express. The indoor pool, games in the lobby, cookies, free breakfast were all hits with my kids. The rooms were good enough for the price and it was also dog friendly, so we were excited to bring our small shiba inu. The drive to leavenworth is short and convenient, so overall this was a very great value hotel for a short family getaway. "
