My husband and I were having such a hard time falling asleep, it was frustrating :( I eventually fell asleep early in the am, after putting a pillow on my head to try to block out the noise. The breakfast was also okay. I don’t plan on staying here when I visit Chelan again. The chlorine in the pool and hot tub was excessive that we could only use it for an hour before needing to get out because our eyes were burning."

"I never booked this hotel, never got a confirmation email or anything that would indicate I had ‘mistakenly’ booked a room. I didn’t know I supposedly booked a room until a call at 9:30 pm the night I was supposed to arrive. I was already checked into the hotel I had booked in the same town that evening. The front desk the next day was very unhelpful and said I was a registered guest and had to pay full rate even though I had no confirmation email from them or Orbitz. Pretty sketchy business."
