"Arrived to discover the entire town would be without water starting at 7:00 a.m. the morning after we checked in. The information was written on a small piece of paper at the front desk. We were not verbally advised of this change by the receptionist. Once discussed it was a kind of a shoulder shrug from the front desk and that was it! This meant that we could not enjoy our stay at all. The hot tub is a bit of a joke and you had to reserve time (limited to 30 minutes). No elevator and no offer...

"The exterior of this place is very deteriorated, but it's ok on the inside. The biggest issue is that there is absolutely no staff. You're on your own to get checked in. They sent me my room number and a code for our door in a text message, but it went to my unknown senders, so it took me a while to find it again once we arrived. No breakfast provided like at their other property in town that charges about the same rate. Would not stay here again."

"The property is well-maintained with plenty of yard games to keep the kids entertained. The pool is clean, heated, and there are several grills right alongside it — great for barbecuing while you swim. We travel with our dog, and this place goes above and beyond for pet owners — they even provide a goodie bag for pets at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch. Location-wise, it's very convenient if you're visiting the Lake Chelan area. Staff members Heather and Matt were extremely helpful...

"Quiet location and walking distance to the shops and restaurants"

"Room was clean but beds were just ok. Deep tub had no safety grab bars so getting in and out eas tricky. Electronic check in had issues- code was supposed to be sent by 4pm but did not come so we had to ask. We got it after two requests around 415. Pool gate had no instructions on how to open."

"Quiet, well kept cabin, next to the river. Everything was very clean, with all amenities one may need provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend."
