"Rooms were old and bathrooms ughhh. The area is concerning - the loud noises and talking and door knocking - a lot of activity's questionable. The owner was courteous and good. The place is old and let’s say I didn’t sleep. Pillows are skinny Old Old Old"

"5 college friends stayed here for a weekend and we had an excellent time. Plenty of bedroom space. Very clean. (My friends were pleased that I hooked us up with such a nice place!) Loved having a full kitchen with everything we'd need. I will definitely look into staying there on my next trip to Cortland!"

"Absolute nightmare with BATS flying inside the property at night causing us to panic and lock ourselves in the bedroom, which was the only room with a door. We were 4 adults and we had to huddle on one queen bed all night while the bats were flying all over the house! Even on check in, there were dirty wet towels on the floor, trash in the bins, beds were slept in! No cleaning was done after the last guests checked out.
