"Country Inn & Suites in Ithaca NY The breakfast rm was very busy -- every table taken. Only 1 person filling everything. Waffle iron broken. No waffles (why my family wanted to stay here) -- looks like waffle iton is old & needs to be replaced. Tish-sheba in brkfst rm working very hard even as customers complain to her about no waffles while the manager sat in the INNER office (not even front desk). "This hotel is 5 minutes away from the university, which is convenient for an early morning college visit. Nice breakfast included. Right next to a strip mall with a grocery store that closes at 10pm. The room was spacious and comfortable."

"I will be staying here when I return to the area. From the staff to the room to the grounds it is evident that the family runs this place with pride. I meet a few of the family members and they were friendly, helpful and a great to talk to. There are 2 historic homes beside each other in a quiet neighborhood. The grounds behind the homes are well maintained with birds and deer in the mornings."

The air condition in my room was not working and she said because I booked with Expedia she can not give me other room that match my reservation. At the end I was charged for food and beer that I never ordered and they after 2 days still didn’t return my money. Thanks"

"We have been staying at a lot of hotels this summer for baseball And I try to get name brand as in Fairfield inn by Marriott if I possible,well not this one Room was so stagnant and ac filters may have been cleaned a yr ago ,room looked like it was cleaned quickly,found a empty jar of weed gummies by the couch,ran out of hot water both mornings,hallways and lobby were so hot and wasn’t even that hot outside, I usually only leave reviews if it’s a great place to stay It was still better than...

"Property was beautiful and just a short drive into town or to any of the local waterfall trails."

"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel stay. Check in was a breeze. They called my room to make sure everything was good with the room and that we had everything we needed. The water pressure in the shower was perfect! (Yes, worth mentioning). I will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town."
